About me

After the slow realization that I was not cut out for the cutthroat world of acting, I received a Bachelor of Science in Special Education and a Master of Science in Early Childhood Education. In between, I lived on a kibbutz in Israel where I met my Uruguayan husband. After marrying in Uruguay, we welcomed two children, now grown.

For 33 years, I served as the Director of Lifelong Learning at the Barnert Temple in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. There, I founded the Barnert Temple Preschool and Family Center and changed the design of religious school education with the hugely successful Jewish Journey Project Barnert Temple (JJP). For nine years, I taught an incredible group of adult women in a monthly Rosh Chodesh class.

Working with other early childhood professionals by starting my own consulting group has been a dream.

My husband and I live in Wyckoff, New Jersey. Our two grown children, their partners and our granddogs live too far away!
