Hello. I’m Sara Losch, or as preschoolers call me, “Saralosch”.
I have worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for 42 years, as a teacher, director, interim director, trainer and workshop leader. If you or your school’s, teachers, synagogue, or parents are open to renewing, refreshing and recommitting to the joyful work of educating our youngest children, get in touch.
We’ll have fun together!
What We Can Do Together
-
Staff Support
Many Early Childhood professionals need refreshers and guidance. I will work with staff to identify areas of strength in order to find ways to tackle perceived areas of weakness. Topics can include: pedagogy, parent communication, working with special needs professionals, and finding joy in our work.
-
Support for Early Childhood Directors
As the Director of an Early Childhood program, you are often tasked with being mommy, daddy, best friend, cook and bottle washer. You hold the lives of your staff, children, and parents on your shoulders.
I can help to create specific goals in order to remove some stress and regain a sense of control and even satisfaction in this difficult role.

Parent Workshops
“Being a parent is not for the faint of heart,” I was told when I became a parent. Sometimes, your preschool parents need to learn tips from someone outside of the school. In online or in-person workshops, we can tackle: Talking to Children About Death, Raising Mensches, Top Ten Behavioral Do’s To Prevent the Top Ten Parental Mistakes, Remembering Why We Had These Kids in the First Place, and How To Include Grandparents in Your Children’s Lives (and Why it is So Important)
